PAYMENT - Unfortunately, I am not able to accept personal checks. Paypal is my preferred method of payment simply because it's the easiest way to ensure a smooth transaction for both you and me. Payment is due at the time of ordering - however, I may take special circumstances into consideration, as described below. RESERVED - I will be happy to reserve an item for you for up to 10 days, at which time I require payment or else the item will come off Reserve and is open for sale to anyone. Please understand that I must adhere to this business policy in order to run a successful and profitable business. If you have an item on Reserve for 10 days and cannot pay the full amount, you will still be eligible to put the item on Layaway, at which time the Layaway policies will be implemented. LAYAWAY - If you would like to request a layaway agreement, please convo me and we'll work out an arrangement. The Layaway option will only eligible for items over $75. An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% is required, at which time I will reserve the item(s) for you. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 90 days of your deposit. You may make as many or as few payments as you wish via Paypal until the balance is paid. I will ship out your item(s) AFTER the order is paid in full. If you fail to pay the balance in full within 90 days, the order will be cancelled, and I will refund your payments except for the initial 25% non-refundable deposit. CANCELLATION - If you must cancel an order, please do so within 3 days of the original order. Refunds cannot be given if you change your mind but do not cancel the order within 3 consecutive days (NOT business days) of your order. SHIPPING - Each piece of jewelry is packaged with extreme care in a sturdy, cotton filled gift box inside of a bubble mailer or large box with extra padding, depending on the size of your order. I ship out within 2-3 business days after receiving payment for all items that are ready to ship. Custom orders will ship upon completion (completion time may vary, depending on your order). Within the US: The general charge for shipping is for standard first class mail with delivery confirmation and your package should arrive within 3-5 business days. If you need it sooner than that, please send me a convo prior to purchase and I can upgrade your order to priority for an additional fee, depending on weight. International Orders: The shipping charge on each listing is for standard mail. Tracking information is not available for standard mail on international orders, sadly. Orders over $200 will automatically be upgraded to include tracking info. If your order is under $200 and you would like me to send a registered, trackable package, the charge is a total of $25. Just send me a convo prior to purchase and I will adjust your total. Insurance will be added to orders upon request, and the cost will vary with each order. Please contact me before you check out to find out how much it will cost to add insurance to your order. Thank you! If you have any questions at all about the shipping policies, please feel welcome to contact me! REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - I will gladly offer refunds or exchanges for unsatisfactory items (minus shipping) within a 10 day period of receipt. The item must be returned, undamaged, to me and packaged the way it was received (but not necessarily in it's "original" packaging). I am not responsible for additional return shipping costs. For special circumstances (i.e.. damaged goods, repairs, inquiries about a late package) please send me a convo! I am a very reasonable, honest person and want you to enjoy your purchase! If an item is damaged during shipment (I take great care to package properly!) please let me know right away. All packages will be insured so you will be able to file a claim with the USPS. I can not be responsible for packages lost in the mail, which is another reason insurance will be added to every package. If you live in an area of high theft rate, an upgrade to include tracking, or shipment to an alternate address, may be recommended. ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND INFO - The beauty of handcrafted jewelry is that each piece is unique, lovingly made and quite literally one of a kind. Due to the differences in each and every gem and bead, as well as the hand technique of the creator, no two pieces of jewelry will ever be the same. These artisan pieces often have a more organic and natural feel than mass-produced & manufactured pieces. If you prefer the laser precision look and feel of manufactured jewelry, then hand-crafted jewelry is probably not for you. There is also an exquisite delicacy to most handcrafted jewelry - please do take lots of care of your pieces, treat them lovingly and gently and they will last you for many, many years. CUSTOM ORDERS - I would be delighted to work with you on a custom order - this could range in anything from one of my current styles done with different color gems, to a style or design you have thought of on your own. Communication is the key in creating a successful custom order - I will do my very best to estimate total costs before beginning your custom order, and I will provide you with photos and ask for feedback several times through the creation process.
