Jen's Bead Box's Policies
Your jewelry will be ready for gift giving, whether it is a gift for yourself or someone special. I wrap each jewelry piece in tissue paper and tuck it into a decorative craft box. I then tie an organza bow around the box and place it in a bubble mailer envelope and ship it to its happy destination. If your jewelry is a gift for someone special, and you would like for direct shipment to the recipient. Please leave me a note in the "notes to seller" section upon checkout and I will be more than happy to send a small card with a personal message. All items will be made and usually ready to ship within 3-14 working days of purchase after payment is received. Please contact me for my most current ship by dates as processing times may fluctuate due to high volume special occasions throughout the year. If ordering more than one item, the ship by date may take a couple of days longer as the ship by date is only an estimate, feel free to contact me at anytime for current turnaround times as some custom items take a longer production time. I ship USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like a quicker shipping method, contact me and I will adjust your shipping amount if necessary. I will send you a friendly e-mail when your purchase has shipped along with your USPS tracking #. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Sellers on Aftcra are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Aftcra does not hold sellers responsible for these fees or taxes. I am not responsible for any VAT fees imposed by other countries. International orders can take from 5 days to 8 weeks before the packing is delivered to your door. There is no way to estimate any delivery times for international orders as a counties customs can take any length of time to process. Refunds & Exchanges: My goal is for a happy customer! If you are dissatisfied with any purchase for any reason, please contact me and I'd be happy to work something out. I will gladly exchange merchandise or offer a refund (minus shipping) if contacted within 3 days. Returned items must be properly packaged the same way they were shipped to you so there is no breakage. Custom Orders: I always welcome custom orders and I am pleased to create something unique and special just for you. Once the details of the special order have been agreed upon, through the e-mail system, I will ask for payment in full and work will begin. If the customer decides to back out of the plan once payment has been received and work has begun; a $10 non-refundable fee will incure for my time. Once the jewelry is complete, photos may be sent upon request. If the customer request any changes to the pieces, the first change will be free. Any additional changes will incure a $5 per change fee + plus any cost of additional materials used. If you would like a matching set to any item, please contact me that request and I'll be more than happy to complete your jewelry set.
