Shipping Policy

We will ship your item between 1 - 3 business days. The shipping number will be provided. Please be aware that we do not control any delays after the product has been placed with the shipper. However, we will do our best to support you through the process.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns on handcrafted soaps. For other products we may accept returns after you have contacted us directly and explained any issues. The product must not be open for it to be able to be returned and a refund provided. For any issues please contact us and we will work with you to resolve.
