Shipping Policy
Some items are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days while others may take up to 2 weeks. Please send us an email at jarmendjai@gmail.com to inquire on a specific product. Items are shipped via USPS.
Refund & Exchange Policy
-I gladly accept cancellations: please request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase -At this time returns or exchanges are not accepted. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. (jarmendjai@gmail.com) -What should I do if I am unhappy with my order? We take pride in our products and pay close attention to detail to every item shipped. We will not ship a product that does not meet our high quality standards. We want you to be fully satisfied with your products, with that said, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving items) so we can work on a resolution. If return is granted, we will only refund the cost of the product, buyer is also responsible for shipping return fees.

Care instructions Our signature curly wicks must be trimmed prior to lighting. -Always keep a burning candle within sight. -Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. -Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets. -Keep wicks trimmed to ¼ inch each time before burning. This helps extend the life of your candle. -Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. -Always use a candle-holder specifically designed for candle use. -Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times. -Never touch or move a burning candle when the wax is liquid. Wax melt care: Please don't let your package sit outside, the car or the mailbox during the Summer months. Wax products will melt when left out during hot temperatures. Items affected by heat exposure are non-refundable. Melted wax does not affect the products effectiveness, and once hardened use as you normally would. Do you offer local pick-up? Yes! If you are local to Portland/Vancouver area, and are willing to pick up your order, please send us a message and we will send you a coupon code to waive shipping fees.
