Ivy and Gold Handcraft accepts payments via Pay-Pal Ivy & Gold Handcraft values its customers and their privacy. Part of the beauty of PayPal is that your credit card information remains completely private, even from me. Customer information provided online will not be sold or distributed to third parties. Shipping Policy

▼Standard Shipping All domestic (within the US) orders are shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking info, and are shipped within 7-14 business days. ▼Priority Shipping All domestic (within the US) orders are shipped via USPS 1-3 Day Priority Shipping with tracking info. Please note that if you choose the Priority USPS option as your method of delivery, it will automatically place a rush on your order and you can expect to receive a delivery confirmation within 1-3 days of purchase.

Refund & Exchange Policy

▼RETURNS In the event that you, my customer, would like to return and be refunded for a purchase, I can make that possible on most jewelry pieces (excludes custom jewelry and piercing jewelry). All that I ask is that the item be returned to me in its original state within a month of purchase. Once I have received the piece in it's original state I will refund the purchase price of the jewelry. At this time, I am not able to return the cost of shipping, only the jewelry purchase price. All Custom orders and personalized jewelry (i.e.- name jewelry) are final sale and unfortunately can not be returned or exchanged.

Other Policies

▼JEWELRY CARE All of Ivy & Gold Handcraft's silver jewelry is cast or fabricated from solid sterling. Sterling silver (.925) is comprised of 925 parts fine (pure) silver and 75 parts copper- it is completely NICKEL-FREE and will not give you a allergic reaction. Be reminded that some pieces are purposely antiqued (patinaed, oxidized) for a vintage or antiqued look . Some pieces with lots of direct contact with the skin (such as a ring) may loose a little of their oxidation on you, but it is not harmful and will wash off. Bright polished silver may be cleaned with a liquid silver polish, whereas antiqued pieces should should only be shined with a soft silver polishing cloth. Pieces that contain pearls or soft stones should not be dipped in a chemical cleaner. I recommend that you do not wear any pieces in the shower or a chlorinated pool since the chlorine can alter the oxidization levels. I also recommend that you do not sleep in your jewelry because it can become entangled, snagged, and possibly broken – which isn't good for you or your jewelry. Any other metals used (such as brass and copper) can cause green staining on the skin, but it is harmless and will wash off with soap and water. If you are concerned about a metal reaction or have other jewelry care questions please feel free to contact me prior to ordering. It happens and it's a huge bummer when it does, especially if it's a piece we wear everyday. Please read the following information to see my policies on jewelry repairs. I strive to provide the best possible craftsmanship in my handmade jewelry and take attention to detail pretty seriously. Then again I'm human and sometimes I make mistakes. While it doesn't happen often, sometimes our new jewelry breaks sooner rather than later. In the event that a handmade piece of jewelry you have purchased breaks within 30 days of purchase, your piece will be eligible for a free repair* Please send me a message or an e-mail with the following information: ✎Full Name: ✎Order Number: ✎Item Purchased: ✎Repair Type: (eg: break in chain) you may also send a photo if you'd like *Please note that customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to Ivy & Gold Handcraft for repair. In the event that a customer cannot provide the information listed above or date of purchase exceeds 30 days, Ivy & Gold Handcraft reserves the right to decline free repair.
