Introduction

I always do what I can to work with you and make you completely happy with your order and experience from Ivie Rose Couture. Order times are not guaranteed because I may be overwhelmed with orders at the time, or possibly ill. If you need to have your order by a certain time, please contact me! Let me know and so I can make sure to get it to you or let you know that it's no possible.

Payment Policy

Orders will not be mailed out until payment is complete.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be mailed out via USPS First Class shipping (3-5 days). You may update your order to Priority mailing (2-3 days). I offer shipping to areas outside of the U.S.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I understand that orders online can sometimes be tricky with getting the right size. With that said, I am happy to do size exchanges for free. I just ask that the customer pays for return shipping to me.
