All products that go into Irish beard balm are 100% natural and organic, I use no chemicals or preservatives in my product. When I set out to make beard balm and then founded my company, I had absolutely no intention of making beard oil. As long as I’ve been a bearded guy using products to keep my mane in shape, I’ve depended on balms. One day, I got an email from a customer requesting beard oil. My response that I didn’t make beard oil was unacceptable to him. "I don't care if you don't like beard oil, I do and I want some Irish beard oil,” he said. “I purchase your balms, and now I would like some oil, and since I’m the customer and the customer is always right, I think you should make some.” After I got past my initial shock, I found myself agreeing: The customer should get what he or she wants — to a degree. So I went to work prototyping oils, and after sending out dozens of samples to my troop of testers, I hit on a recipe that everyone seems to enjoy. Irish beard oil contains jojoba oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, hemp oil, argan oil and apricot kernel oil. Irish beard oil is available in Peppermint, Log Cabin, Cinnamon, Clove, Citrus and Lavender. You may have noticed in the ingredients list, that I have coconut oil listed which is an anomaly in the beard oil market. Before I created Irish beard balm, I purchased a lot of beard oils and never could find one that was thick enough for me so that is what led me to purchase beard balms then proceed to make my own beard balms. When developing Irish beard oil, I remembered that frustration of the thin beard oils and set about to rectify that. After extensive trial and error, I was finally able to make a beard oil thick enough to make me happy but not too thick as to freeze or re-solidify in cooler temps. This 2-ounce bottle should last a month depending on the size of your beard. Remember as with any new product, test on a small insensitive part of your body to gauge for any adverse reactions.
