Payment Policy

Payment accepted via PayPal. Money orders and personal checks are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact me for more information.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail Insured. If an alternate shipping method is preferred, or you need your order *fast* - please message me ASAP!

Refund & Exchange Policy

Custom order sales are final unless there is a defect / mistake in the finished product. In-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. As always, contact me with any questions! I'm always happy to help :)

Other Policies

All ring orders include one resizing per ring for just the cost of return shipping ($6)! If you receive your order and need a size adjustment, contact me and I'll send you the proper return address. (Shipping via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Insured is recommended).
