Welcome to my corner of sanity, where all items are handmade, many made-to-order.
I accept payments via Paypal. Items are shipped after payment is received. For custom orders, purchase must be made after final approval by the buyer, but before production begins. Any items needing to be ordered for a custom order must also have payment received prior to those needed items being ordered.
I ship USPS First Class with Tracking. If you need it expedited, be sure and let me know prior to purchase so that shipping charges may be adjusted. USPS generally ships to the continental USA within 3 days.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I give a 14-day window after confirmed delivery to love the product, or send it back. As custom and personalized orders are created especially for you, exchanges are addressed for these items on an individual basis. Refunds will not be issued for custom orders. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
As a reminder, all items in my shop are handmade. As such, slight differences, even in paired items, will likely occur. Custom orders may require some additional time while I create your special item. In most cases this is only a day or two. If for some reason I need to order additional supplies, expect an additional 7-10 days. I will let you know before you purchase if this extra time will be needed. Payment must be made before that order is placed.
