Each and every piece at Hummie Studios is handmade and one-of-a-kind; therefore, each order and each situation is unique. My hope is that you will have a positive shopping experience, and I will do whatever I can to ensure that this is the case!
PayPal is accepted or you can sign up for/sign into your FREE Aftcra account to use a valid credit card. Payment must be paid-in-full within 5 (five) days of order; otherwise your order will be canceled.
Ships via USPS Priority or Flat Rate Mail. I take great care to pack each piece so that it arrives safely for you to enjoy. Looking to save money on shipping? Discounts available for orders of multiple items to the same address! Email me @ firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about this option! Are you local to Tucson, AZ? If so, email me @ email@example.com, and we can discuss if shipping or personal delivery is the best option for you!
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due the unique nature of each piece, exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item(s) arrives damaged beyond repair, please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and take a photo of the item and the box to share with USPS as they will not issue a refund without this documentation. You will then be issued a full refund for your item(s) through PayPal.
