Cleansing grains are a dry powder-form, soap-free facial cleanser made of gentle ingredients that cleanse and moisturize without stripping away oil or depositing chemicals onto the skin. No added scents or chemicals (not even essential oils) make this salve quite suitable for people with scent and chemical sensitivities. This nourishing facial cleanser manages to remove makeup, restore moisture, slough off dead skin cells, and leave skin feeling refreshed, clean, and pleasantly soft. Cleansing Grains also double as a fantastic face mask!
Colloidal oatmeal gently cleanses, coconut milk powder enriches and moisturizes, Rhassoul clay pulls away impurities, lactic acid-rich yogurt powder exfoliates, raw cacao powder provides anti-oxidants, and jojoba oil removes excess oil and makeup residue.
Directions for Use:
*Option A: To cleanse: place a quarter-sized amount
of grains in hand, blend with small amount of water to make a paste, gently massage into face. Rinse off with water and towel dry.
*Option B: To use as face mask: Repeat above steps (you can replace the water with plain yogurt, sour cream, a plant oil, or honey) and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with water and towel dry. Enjoy!
