Items are shipped within three business days, and typically the same or next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail,m depending upon weight. Tracking is included.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of the items, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products only.

Other Policies

Products are hand made to order and due to the nature of hand made products, there may be slight variations in color, packaging, or labeling. We try to recycle and reuse all packaging, so your order may arrive in pre-used, but clean, packaging. Please message if this economic and ecological solution is not acceptable.
