When you’re ready to buy, I accept payments by PayPal and major credit cards through Aftcra's direct checkout. Note: All Florida customers will be subject to a 6% sales tax. ● All custom orders must be paid in-full before I can begin working on them - thanks! ●
● Current turn around time for custom orders is 2 -3 weeks ● I am happy to make as many changes as needed to make a custom order perfect! Please note that this may extend your turn around time 1 - 3 additional days. All items are shipped through USPS First Class mail which takes 3 - 5 business days to reach you, 2 weeks approximately for international orders. Please message me if you need your item sooner or have any other postal requests and I will happily do what I can to make it work! Shipping charges include the cost of postage as well as the cost to package and ship the products safely. All orders are wrapped and shipped securely in bubble wrap and/or bubble mailers. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that any customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Above all, I want you to be happy with your order! If you have any problems with an item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will work with you to replace your order or provide you with a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees and items must be returned in the condition they were received. ● Refunds cannot be given on any custom orders once they have shipped ● But no worries! I will always communicate with you and send pictures of your finished product before it is sent to you in the mail so you know exactly what you're getting. I will work hard to make sure you are over the moon with your order! And if you see something you don't like in the picture, it's all good. Any alterations or changes you'd like to make are free of charge!
