Fast and affordable shipping - that's our motto at History Gear. We strive to have orders ready for delivery within 6-12 hours, assuming they're in stock and we can get a speedy verification on your credit card. Out of stock items may take 2-4 days to complete. At History Gear we use 1st class mail whenever the order is under 13oz, it helps keep the cost down and it's surprisingly fast. Deliveries in the north east should take 2-3 days. For central and the south, add another day. For the west coast its generally about 5-6 business days. For heavier orders, we use Priority Mail (2-3 days with tracking). From Australia to Kerry, from Buenos Aires to Zaire. We use USPS First Class International and it should take 8-20 business days, depending on your location. International Shipping History knows no bounds! We use USPS First Class International and International Priority Mail for international shipping orders. Please note that import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund & Exchange Policy
At historygear.com, we want you to share our passion for our designs. If you are not completely satisfied, please tell us and we’ll make every effort to fulfill your request. Generally - new and unused merchandise in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund or for an exchange within 16 days of order arrival date. Returns after 16 days of order arrival date are eligible for store credit. Store credit is issued immediately after processing the return and will be added to your account or emailed directly to you (the price of store credits and refunds can vary depending on discounts and taxes applied to the original order). Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds of original shipping cost unless it is a shipping error or product defect. We suggest sending your return package via certified/insured mail or UPS/Ground to obtain a record of your return. Please note that historygear.com is generally not responsible for the cost of shipping returns, exchanges, and/or any modified orders. (Please note this only applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. Currently we cannot accept returns from outside of the US) We suggest allowing at least 5-8 days transit time before processing your return.
