Payment Policy

Due to the custom nature of our product, full payment will be required upon ordering, unless by prior agreement an installment plan has been agreed

Shipping Policy

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to all items being custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, should any item arrive defective we will be happy to replace the item for you. Should items be damaged or lost during shipping or transit, we will replace your item. Clients with defective or damaged items should phone us on 201-777-4341 or email us on sales@highlandacrylics.com for a return authorization. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order for any and all damage or defective item to be claimed.
