Forever..and ever..and ever..
This is my second Stanley Kubrick-inspired piece. Everyone loves the creepy little Grady sisters from the Shining! I had the idea to hand-stitch these gals, and I thought "how cool would it be to sew them on some fabric that was the same pattern as the carpet in the Overlook Hotel?" So I found a fabric pattern someone uploaded on Spoonflower and I had some made!
I have the hoop shown ready for sale, but will definitely make more if people are interested. Please keep in mind that made to order pieces take a little longer to ship, especially if I have to have more material made.
Of course, I'm always willing to entertain other ideas to customize a piece if you have something else in mind!
The piece shown is on an 8" wooden hoop, lined with cotton batting for extra sturdiness, and backed with black felt.--Ready for display. Would be perfect to have out with your Halloween decorations (or, if you're like me, all year round!)
