Everything from our shop will be shipped from Newton, MA. We ship all around the world via UPS & USPS. We do ship mostly one business day. Most items will be shipped First Class Mail via USPS . Heavier items will be shipped Priority Mail. We are responsible for your lovely new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. Domestic orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel. USPS offers delivery confirmation number not tracking numbers. While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status. International orders are average 5-15 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages. International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment. If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS and send us a convo before you purchase.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We are trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. If you would like to return your items for a refund, we will reimburse the purchase price less but not the shipping. If your items are damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as you can and we can make arrangements to send replacements. Returns and replacements must be done within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice. Please Send us a convo with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged. If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value.
