My husband, Michael enjoys woodworking and I enjoy working with glass and vintage items. Together we make a wonderful team and together we have fun. Michael's wood studio is in the garage and my studio is the basement or in my favorite Antique Store. We help each other create new ideas over a good cup of coffee on our porch. We may not have it all together but together we have it all. We hope you enjoy our products and if you have any ideas that could help us we would be greatful. Shipping/Handling: Items will ship via USPS within 20 business days (Mon. - Fri.) once clear payment is recieved. Insurance is not included in shipping/handling price provided. Please contact me for insurance quote if you wish to purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if shipping insurance is not purchased. You must contact me prior to making your purchase if shipping insurance is desired. Shipping/Handling price quoted in listing is only for the 48 Continental US States. If you live in PR, AK or Hawaii etc, please contact me for a shipping quote. We are not responsible for lost or receipt of damaged items. This pertains to all sales...... within the US and all International sales. The flat rate shipping/handling price does include delivery confirmation and that is the reason it may seem high for USA orders only. Delivery confirmation is not available for International purchases. ******Items are well packaged. Single pine wood signs are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in USPS cardboard mailers. The signs made of mdf wood are wrapped in bubble wrap and sandwich between cardboard before shipping them in USPS cardboard mailers. Signs larger than 12"x5.5" are shipped using bubble wrap, cardboard and brown paper wrapping. Any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing. *****If insurnace is not purchased we are not repsonsible for lost or damaged items. Insurnace is not included in the price of shipping and if not requested by the customer/buyer and paid for by the customer/buyer we are not responsible for any lost or items received damaged. All lost or damage claims will have to be processed through USPS or UPS and the refunds will be processed through the shipping company and not through Heartfelt Giver, its agents or employees. We are not responsible for any lost or items received damaged. ******We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes - A street address must be provided for proper delivery. Since we sell alot of different items, it is hard to package everything together, thus that is why we use flat rate shipping/handling. If you would like to purchase more than one item, please contact us with a list of the items you would like to purchase and your zip code and we can provide you with a proper shipping/handling quote as well as provide you with a proper Paypal Invoice.

No refunds are given. If the error is our fault we will work with you to rectify the problem.
