Payment Policy

All items must be paid for within 2 business days. Any orders for items that have been unpaid for 3 or more days will be canceled unless arrangements have been made.

Shipping Policy

All paid for items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Exchanges are at the discretion of the store owner. Broken jewelry upon arrival will be exchanged for a near exact item (cannot be completely exact due to the nature of the items). Other circumstances will be considered for refund or replacement.
