Please provide payment within three days after making a purchase. If payment is not received within three days, the item will be relisted.
HappiMess ships via USPS First Class or Priority unless otherwise requested. Any overpayment in shipping costs will be refunded if it is more than $1. If you purchase more than one item from HappiMess, the items will be shipped together and you’ll receive any overpayment in shipping costs if the amount is more than $1.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify HappiMess within 24 hours and provide a picture of the damaged item for a full refund. If you’re unsatisfied with the item you’ve purchased, please contact HappiMess to arrange a return/refund no later than two weeks after you’ve received the item. Upon receiving the returned item, HappiMess will refund the cost of the item. All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to cancel your order, please notify HappiMess as soon as possible. If the item has already been shipped, you’re welcome to return the item for a refund. All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
