Introduction

**Creative Process My glass beads are made by hand using a specially designed oxygen and propane torch. I use rods of Italian, Czechoslovakian, German and American made glass rods to create the beads which are then decorated with stringers of glass, precious metal foils and leaf, frit, enamels, and more. Every bead is annealed in a kiln, inspected for flaws, and thoroughly cleaned before it is sold. Because they are hand crafted, no two beads are exactly alike. I use sterling silver and copper in all of my jewelry unless otherwise noted. All of the wire work is wrapped by hand and most of the metal work is created by me. Some pieces incorporate kumihimo, a form of Japanese thread weaving that I create, as well. While some simple pieces are similar, most of my work is distinctive and one of a kind. I feel that jewelry is too personal to duplicate! **Descriptions Photographing glass can be tricky but I do my best to present the actual colors and details. Please keep in mind that the color may vary slightly on your particular monitor. I take great care in writing my descriptions but welcome your inquiries about details. **Shipping Packages will be shipped within 72 hours of ordering. If there should be a delay of any type I will let you know within that 72 hours. (I travel quite a bit to teach glass beadmaking but will try to keep my schedule posted.) All orders are shipped via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. (Shipping costs are kept as closwe to my actual costs as possible and include postage, packaging, and handling.) Please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee delivery dates as the USPS only gives guidelines for actual delivery. If you have a rush order, please contact me and we can work together to come up with a method and cost. **International Customers Please note that taxes, import duties and other related charges are NOT included in the posted cost and are the buyer's responsibility. It is illegal for me to undervalue items or claim them as a gift on custom forms, so I ask politely that you don't request this. Current postal regulations prevent me from shipping to Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Sudan or Syria. **Damages If you find any damage to your item upon receipt, please let me know ASAP, maximum 3 days. **Returns Returns are accepted with 7 days of your receipt of the item. Items must be in the original condition and packaging with any tags still attached. Please contact me first via email. Items should be carefully packaged and shipped back with Delivery Confirmation. All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. **Important! Every precaution has been taken to ensure that your glass beads and jewelry are made carefully so they should last many generations (or longer!) Please note, however, that glass can break if dropped on a hard surface. To clean the items, wipe with a very slightly damp cloth. Glass beads can be cleaned with window cleaner and a paper towel or cloth. By purchasing work from my shop, you agree that you have read and accepted the item description and agree to the shop policies. **Thank you! Wow! You're still reading! I want to sincerely thank you for considering my work for your personal collection or as a gift for someone special. I hope you enjoy my pieces as much as I enjoyed making them for you. I would like to say a huge thank you on behalf of myself and all the other shopkeepers here for your support of true artists and craftspeople. We work very hard and we appreciate your patronage!
