Payment Policy

Payment can be made through PayPal or any major credit card. Payment must be made at time of purchase or the order will be canceled.

Shipping Policy

** Please make sure your address is correctly entered when you check out. Once a shipping label is created the barcode is associated with address you entered and CANNOT be changed. We cannot refund shipping charges for incorrect address entry ** We ship USPS First Class, with Priority Mail upgrade options available at checkout. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase. Once the package leaves our hands we have no control over USPS processing and shipping times. We will do our best to work with you, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when your package will arrive and take no responsibility for shipping delays. Tracking information can be found under "Purchases and Reviews". Custom orders will be negotiated on a per project basis, depending on the quantity and size of the order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. Our shop must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the damaged item to approve a refund. Photos of the damaged packaging and item will be required to verify damage before a refund can be issued.

Other Policies

Beer card designs are intellectual property of Hail to the Ale (TM). Duplicating the likeness of these designs for retail sale is prohibited, per Copyright and Intellectual Property Law.
