We do make an effort to provide photographs of ready-to-ship items that look as close as possible to how they look in real life. If your piece is damaged in shipment, or if you believe you received an item that is not substantially similar to the images and/or descriptions, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to discuss possible options. SHIPPING: Shipping rate quotes do not include insurance. If you would like your item insured, please contact us for a revised shipping price. Shipping to all contiguous U.S. states will generally ship via common carrier on a pallet or skid. Delivery is to your driveway. You will receive a call from the carrier to arrange a delivery window. In some cases, our Etsy listing will identify a cost to ship. In those cases, your shipping cost is guaranteed. In cases where no shipping costs are provided, please contact us prior to purchase, and we will provide you with a quote specifically for that item. For shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. states, or for international shipments, contact us directly prior to purchase, and we will provide you with a quote specifically for the item to be shipped to your location. CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER: We welcome custom made-to-order work. All of our work is original and unique. If you like an existing piece, we can base your new piece on the same theme, but it will not be a replica, it will be unique. If you are interested in commissioning a piece, please contact us. We would love to speak with you regarding your new work of functional art. Made to Order Items: For most made-to-order (“commission”) pieces, we generally require 8-12 weeks time after receipt of your initial payment before the project is ready to ship. We do our best to advise you at the time you commission us of the lead time we expect for your specific purchase, however, we cannot guarantee the project will ultimately be completed within that estimated time frame. Any estimate lead time provided in connection with any proposal for commissions are good faith estimates, however, actual completion time may vary from such estimate. Upon delivery of initial payment by you, you agree to all pricing, terms, and conditions in our “Shop Policies”, and any further terms and conditions outlined in any proposal.
