All packages are shipped with a verified FedEx, USPS or UPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Back Ordered Items On rare occasions we may run out of stock of an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Damaged & Incorrect Items If your item arrives damage or is incorrect, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction. Refunds & Exchanges We apologize, but because of products are customized and hand crafted all sales are final. If your item is damage or incorrect we can issue you a refund if notified within 2 days of product arrival. If for any reason you are issued a refund a 25% manufacturing fee, will be charge for the materials to produce product in addition to return shipping and handling fees. In the event of returning a free shipping item there is a mandatory deduction of $9.95 from your total refund.
