Payment is accepted through PayPal.
All items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS First Class mail within 1-3 of purchasing the item. Great Aunt Hazel is not responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipping process. This includes not being liable for packages that do not arrive on time for a specified event or date. While I do everything in my power to get the package to you in a timely manner, postal delays are out of my control. I do not cover the cost of return shipping charges. Though I certainly hope you will the handmade item and not need to ship it back of course!
Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is my top priority! If you are not happy, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving an item and we can talk about options-either returning the item or exchanging for a different size.
I do my best to make each item "true to size." All fabrics are pre-washed/preshrunk when possible, so there shouldn't be much, if any shrinkage. If your child wears a 4T in major store brands, then you should order a 4T size here. If you have any concerns about fit, please contact me prior to placing your order. I recommend that all items be washed in cold water or by hand, be hung to dry and ironed on a medium setting (if necessary) to preserve the life and color of the garment.
