Introduction

Glow 828 is s store focused on recycled materials. All of our wine bottles are recycled, except for the occasional color we need and have to buy and drink :(. We purchase all of our ceiling mounts and vintage bowls or vases second hand. All of our wood is purchased locally and is sustainable lumber. It is then handcrafted from raw lumber and finished with natural non toxic oils.

Payment Policy

We accept paypal, credit cards, certified checks and cash for local purchases.

Shipping Policy

We will typically ship within a week of purchase unless we have a lot of sales at once and are backed up. We will message you with the expected shipping date and then again with the expected delivery date. Everything we send is packaged buy us, we purchase new bubble wrap for the individual bottles and then try to use recycled packing material for the interior fill packing. Everything is packaged very well and double boxed, but occasionally we have things break. We do purchase insurance on everything, so if something arrives broken please contact us and we will resolve the problem.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not expect returns, however we do not want our customers to be unhappy. A lot of our materials are second hand and so there may be a little wear and tear. When we design a new light style using second hand ceiling mounts, we will take pictures of it with the ceiling mount which is typically a pan lid, vintage tray, or baking tray. They are then made to order with what we have on hand. Sometimes there may be slight differences in the ceiling mounts. If you feel what you purchased was misrepresented please contact us on resolving the issue. If you are very particular, please message us ahead of time, and we can send you pictures of what we have at the time and make sure it will work for you.
