Glass Stache's Policies
I do not ship out side of the continental US I strive to ship to you unbroken pieces, but glass is tricky. I will do everything in my power to keep your glass piece in 100% perfect condition. If there is any broken pieces, I will need them shipped back to me/or a picture sent to my inbox of the broken piece in the box it arrived in! Then and only then will I be more then happy to replace the piece. I am not responsible for any pieces that do not arrive as I will happily offer a tracking number at cost to the buyer. I will personally ship and pack each item to ensure quality care for my art work to your purchase. Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery on any custom items, anything that is already made allow 2-4 weeks. I will always let you know when your item has shipped. ANY questions will be answered in a timely manner. Please put the title "questions about..." in your subject line or they will not be opened.
