Introduction

Custom orders generally require a 3 day turn around before shipping. Custom pieces with names or non generic information cannot be returned.

We accept all credit card payments and Paypal

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped the least expensive way and are insured. We also provide tracking numbers to our customers.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds on non custom items are accepted within 14 days. Custom items are not accepted for return unless defective or damaged in shipping. Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser as all of our items ship free.

Other Policies

Custom Items require a 3 day lead time before shipment.
