Introduction
Crafting and art have been a part of my life as long as I can remember. I have tried just about every craft and even took jobs at craft stores to support my habit. I eventually ended up in advertising as another outlet for my creative side. I found glass and have been totally hooked on it. I started with stained glass and moved to the torch and the kiln. Every time I hold the finished glass to the light I fall back in love with the medium. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I do.
Payment Policy
Payment is expected at time of purchase. Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy
Preferred Shipping Provider: USPS Priority Mail. Shipping occurs Monday – Friday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions I am a glass artist and because of that, a packing professional :) My glass has arrived safely domestic and internationally. Packaging is done with care and as economically as possible. Most jewelry is shipped in gift boxes in a padded envelope. Any purchase over $50 will automatically be insured. IF you would like insurance please contact me before purchase and the shipping cost will be adjusted. International orders - if you would like tracking or insurance please notify me before purchasing and I will adjust the shipping cost. Shipping Damage Buyer must document upon receipt any shipping damage or signs of mishandling by the shipper. Please take photos of any box arriving with visible damage prior to opening. Buyer must save box and all packing materials for insurance claim purposes. Buyer must notify me via email of any possible damage in shipping or condition of the unit no later than 2 business days after receipt of the product. Failure to do so will void any warranty.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I certainly hope you like everything I make but in the chance its not what you expected I will refund or credit if I receive the item back within 7 days. You must email me and let me know its coming. I can't refund shipping cost in either direction. If damage occurs during delivery, I will be happy to try and attempt to recreate the original piece. However, many of my pieces are one of a kind and recreating may not be possible.
Other Policies
