Our goal is to deliver to you hand crafted jewelry that you will love for yourself or as a gift. ALL profits are donated directly to local families in need of help. We sell only items that we make ourselves, there will be no pre-made items in our shop.
We accept payment by Paypal, and money orders are accepted. Payments must clear within 7 days or order will be cancelled.
Shipping to USA only. Items will be shipped once payment is received and cleared.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Return Policy: Garden of Beadin’ will refund your money in the first 10 days if you are unhappy with your purchase. All we ask is that you return your item in the condition in which it was received. We would appreciate knowing why as we always want to improve our services and designs. Exchanges may be made in the first 10 days; customer pays for return shipping, and shipping for replacement item. Refunds will be paid via Paypal. Custom items are not returnable or refundable.
Custom orders: Custom or Special orders require 50% of estimate paid up front. Allow 3 – 5 weeks for supply ordering and design time. May include a charge to cover special shipping, supplies, design, etc. If you need an item sooner than this please feel free to ask. If the order is cancelled prior to purchase of supplies a full refund will be made. Otherwise deposit, minus cost of supplies, will be returned.
