Payment Policy

Payment must be submitted upon order. No items will be shipped until payment goes through.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will generally happen within 1-3 days. I will mention in the product details if that is not true for a particular product. Tracking will be provided when available.

Refund & Exchange Policy

No refunds or returns will be available, except under special circumstances as will be determined. You may ask to exchange your item within 48 hour after receiving it in the mail. Please note that you will need to pay the return shipment and shipment for the new item.

Other Policies

All items in this store are handmade. The materials may have flaws and the item's appearance may differ slightly as normal for any handmade object. Please request additional photos and information if you are concerned or want to see/know more about the product.
