Hello there! First off, thank you for having interest in something you found in my shop. I want my customers to be happy and satisfied, so if there is a question you have that does not get answered in the following categories, please don't hesitate to e-mail me using the e-mail address found at the bottom of the page. Also, feel free to talk to me!
I will NOT ship anything until payment is cleared/received! PayPal is my preferred method of payment, which is due upon checkout. PayPal is as secure online payment system as you will find and it offers buyer and seller protection if there are any disputes (of course, I also look out for buyers - if there are any problems with your order, please come to me first so we can work it out!) If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can make one-time PayPal payments using PayPal: http://www.etsy.com/storque/how-to/how-to-pay-with-a-credit-card-and-create-a-paypal-account-746/ Please note that I will only ship to the address listed in your PayPal account. Please verify that it is correct before you make a payment. If for some reason you do not want to create a PayPal account, or do not have a credit card, I will accept money orders. However as said before, I will not ship items until I receive payment from you therefore your item will not be sent until you sent your money order to me through the mail, delaying your shipment.
As of right now, I'm still trying to get the shop on its feet so shipping prices will depend on your location, how fast you need it, and what you order. If you see something you'd like to order, please e-mail me (find my address below) and let me know everything you would like to order and your general location and we'll get everything sorted out. All digital files will be sent via email. The format will depend on the design ordered. Logo files will be sent in several formats including a vector file.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from me, so in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will offer you a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. I cannot reimburse you for shipping costs. If your item is damaged in any way I will gladly send you a new one of the item you order after the receipt of the damaged item. However, if your item was clearly damaged due to shipping (i.e. the package was obviously damaged and it effected your purchase) please do your best to document these damages and send me images so we can get it straightened out with the shipping company. **FOR DIGITAL FILES** Please check all proofs for accuracy in date, spelling errors or any incorrect information. I will correct any error found after the proof has been accepted, but I am not responsible for and printing costs for cards with errors of any kind. **PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:** Lost Orders Please convo me if you would like to add insurance to your item, as I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I do not assume any responsibility for any items once it has been given to USPS. Incorrect Address Make sure your etsy address is correct, I am not responsible for lost orders shipped to incorrect address. If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address that was provided, I can ship it again upon postage payment. Wear & Tear Please note that I am not responsible for wear and tear on any of the pieces. Please be sure to take care of your jewelry and handle them with care as they are very delicate. Please see below for more information on how to take care of your jewelry.
I am more than happy to create a unique custom order catered to your wants. Just let me know what item it is that you are wanted and what you would like changed about this item. I will not charge any extra for a customization (given that is does not take more material). Obviously this depends on whether I currently have a need/want for the items being offered. I can’t guarantee that I will be willing to trade immediately or accept a full trade as payment for items. **FOR DIGITAL FILES** All concepts provided to my clients during the design process that are not used in the final design remain my property and are not to be reused in any way by the client. Please be aware the color on monitors and printers can vary. I provide print ready files to be used for professional printing. If colors do not turn out as desired, I will adjust the colors for you, but am not liable for any printing costs incurred or any other associated expenses. Additional cost may be incurred for color change. Please have a sample run before printing all of your designs. If you have specific colors that need to be used, I can use specific Pantone colors so that there will be no surprises when it comes time to print. **WHOLESALE** Wholesale orders and inquiries are welcome!
