We do not keep or collect any credit card information from our customers to protect your privacy. However, you do have to provide Pay Pal with some payment information of your choice to be able to actually initiate a payment. Pay Pal handled thousands of secure transactions daily and we find this to be the best payment option available to keep your info secure.
Shipping: Your order will be shipped directly from our home bakery. If you have specific shipping requirements, please note them in the space provided. Your order will be shipped priority USPS unless other arrangements are made in advance. Shipping charges will be assessed and added to your order at time of payment. Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days from date of payment. Please be aware that during holiday seasons, orders may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and delivered. If you have specific shipping requirements or dates when items are needed, please send us an email to fourseasonsbakehouse [!at] gmail.com and we will attempt to address your needs. All handmade ceramic, glass or other delicate items will be shipped USPS priority and require insurance. For items damaged in shipping the Buyer is the beneficiary of any insurance claim, and is responsible to follow through on all claims. Please, Do Not return item to Four Seasons Bakehouse as it will void the insurance. You will also need to save the original packaging materials, and all pieces of the damaged item for accompanying you to the USPS to file a claim.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Return policy: We cannot accept returns on food items. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, please feel free to contact us by or email to fourseasonsbakehouse @ gmail.com. We will try to find a way to assist your needs. Refunds or replacements can only be given for inquiries within 7 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items other than food, please consider all of the items Sold As-Is, and all sales final. * We strive to give an accurate description of all items, however, it is possible to miss an imperfection or flaw in a piece. The best policy is if you have any questions make sure you ask before making a purchase. It is best to make sure you have a clear picture/idea of what your are purchasing before you make the purchase. If there are any issues after a purchase, please contact us and it will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
