We accept direct checkout, Paypal, Square, and personal checks. We require a 50% deposit to start projects over $200.

Shipping Policy

All products will ship within designated ship times. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please contact me directly.Provided we have your contact information, we will notify you when shipped and with the tracking number to each package. We are not responsible for ANY customs fees that might be applicable with international shipments. USHIP: If your order will be shipping via Uship, you must provide full contact information for delivery. We will provide full contact information to you of your shipper once shipment has been picked up. We are not responsible for delayed or missed shipments if you have not provided full contact information including email and phone numbers.

Refund & Exchange Policy

You have 14 calendar days after you receive your purchase to apply for a return and refund on eligible items. You must contact us directly BEFORE you return any items. To be eligible for a return your items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received. Below are the following return and refund options: Furniture- All Sales are Final! Custom Orders- 20% Restocking Fee Applies Regular Stock Items- 14 calendar days from date received DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ITEMS: We will be glad to correct any mistake that we have made. If your product is not the size purchased or agreed upon please contact us right away. All corrective items must be documented with photo prof and sent to us before return. Once your request has been approved, we will coordinate the return of the product. Once received, your item will be corrected and shipped within 7 days provided materials are in stock. REFUNDS: Once we have received your item, we will inspect the product and notify you with the status of your refund. If your item is approved for the return, we will refund you accordingly within 7 business days. We are not responsible for additional days your bank my take to process the transaction. ALL Returns and canceled transactions are subject to a relisting/restocking fee when applicable. SHIPPING You will be responsible for any shipping fees that will occur to return your items. ALL shipping costs are non refundable. Tracking will be provided for every package sent to you. We are not responsible for errors made by currier or late arrivals.
