Fish Gap Rustics's Policies
I am a one man show. All of my items are handmade. I make everything as if I was making it for myself. Most of my items are made of wood that has been cut and processed by me from logs, except for those made with recycled material. I take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you see something you like but want a different wood/shape/color/size/etc., even if what you want is completely different from what you see, contact me and I will try to accommodate you.
All payments are through Paypal. A custom order requires pre-payment.
All orders ship in 2 to 7 days, depending on Paypal. All payments must clear before shipping. To this point I have not shipped international but am willing to try if needed. Any extra cost involved would be covered by buyer. Free local pickup.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Contact me if there is a problem with an order. I will accept returns, if I am contacted within 3 days of arrival and, upon approval, the item is shipped back to me within 7 days of arrival. Return of a special order item is on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, unless item is damaged or defective and return is authorized. The buyer is responsible for loss of value of returned items, if not in original condition, unless returned with authorization for damage or being defective.
With most of my items being made of wood, there can be variations in grain and figure, depending on the tree and how it was cut. There can also be color variations within the same type of wood, even from the same tree, which is natural. The variations are one of the things that make each piece unique.
