Everything Etched's Policies
All payments are due before design mockups will be created.
All international buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the handmade product and custom etching, no refunds will be given.* Design mockups are provided for all custom designs and the boxes are only etched once an approval of a design mockup is received. Any error on the company's part, Everything Etched, will be fixed at the cost of the company. If there is an error on the buyers part, i.e. ordered wrong color, approved a misspelling, then the buyer may return the item for a replacement. The buyer must pay for all shipping cost. *If the item is damaged in shipping, a replacement will be shipped out right away. The buyer must fill out an insurance form before the replacement can be shipped. It may or may not be required to return the damaged item. For light damage, a partial refund may be given.
