I do not offer refunds, but if you are not completely satisfied, I'll do what I can to make it right. All my prints are downloads and do not require shipping. Please verify that you are able to download and unzip files as this is the only way I'm able to get them to you.
I do not offer refunds since all of my products are digital. I do not offer exchanges. If I have made any mistakes or errors on my prints, I will gladly correct them if needed.
No shipping since I don't ship--all items are "shipped" by downloading, so be sure you have a fast internet connection, a way to unzip files, and a way to open the files up once downloaded. I create JPG and PDF files. At times, I do offer PNG. These will be clearly labeled on the product description.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I do not offer refunds and exchanges on digital products that have been downloaded.
Because computer, printer, and software issues arise, I apologize, but I cannot be responsible for these. If anything on the actual product I've created is in error, I'm happy to correct or troubleshoot those issues, but I can't give computer, software, or printing advice.
