Introduction

All Erin Parker Jewelry is made by hand and are made to order. Most of our chain jewelry, and rings ship within 3-5 business days however, summer is one of our busiest times and our beaded/knotted jewelry can take up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. The average time to prepare for shipment is 5- 7 days however depending on the current order volume and complexity of the design we ask that you allow 2 weeks just to be safe. All upgraded shipping orders are processed as as top priority and we will do our best to ship before the 2 week period but due to the current order volume, we cannot make guarantees.

SHIPPING & HANDLING ► RUSH ORDERS If you need your order rushed, please make sure to select an expedited form of shipping. Also, please note the date you need it by (in the "notes to seller" section) so we can work to make it happen, or contact you if it’s cutting it too close and discuss options. ► USA: USPS Standard Post ( 5-10 Days ) $3.50 All our packages are shipping via USPS First Class with a tracking number. Transit time is about 5-10 days. This does NOT include production time. ► USA: USPS Priority Mail ( 2-3 Days) $7.75 Priority Shipping takes 2-3 days within the USA. You will have the option to choose your shipping method when you check out. Priority Shipping is NOT guaranteed. The only guaranteed option is Express at this time. ► USA: USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days) $27.95 Priority Shipping takes 1-2 days within the USA and is an EXTRA fee. You will have the option to choose your shipping method when you check out. Express delivery is guaranteed by USPS or your money back. ► USA: USPS Overnight (Next Day) $46.95 Overnight Shipping is guaranteed to be delivered by the next business day within the USA. Unless otherwise requested, your overnight package will arrive by 3pm. You can have it delivered by 8:30am or 10:30am for an additional fee. USPS guarantees delivery or will refund your entire shipping cost. If you would like one of the earlier morning delivery times, please contact us prior to placing your order. Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, While this is very rare, it does occur and can be delayed up to 45 days. but the usual transit time is noted next to the above post. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is not common, but it happens occasionally. Once we've shipped your package, we can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service...and sometimes they unfortunately take their sweet time! ► CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies. ► TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER If your order was shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas. Orders are shipped via USPS or FED-EX USPS Shipping est. times are set forth by the USPS but is not guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time. Delays happen and when they do, we will do everything we can on our end to resolve the issue. If timing is an issue, then we highly suggest you upgrade your shipping to FED-EX. Contact us if you need your product by a certain date and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate your requests.

Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!! If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of when the courier states your package was delivered, with the following exceptions: Earrings, Personalized Jewelry and Custom Made items are final sale. If you received a free gift with purchase, make sure to send it back with the return or the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. All returned jewelry must be shipped back in its original box. DAMAGES/REPAIRS - Our jewelry is very carefully handcrafted, and breakage due to design is extremely rare. We offer free repairs if your item breaks within the first 30 days. After that, fees to fix damaged items will be decided on a case by case basis. You must send us a photo that clearly shows the damage so that we are able to determine what supplies we will need to use and give you a more accurate quote. You are responsible for return shipping cost after the 30 day mark. - Jewelry that arrives damaged due to shipping is of course repaired/replaced at no cost to you. You MUST contact us within 24hrs of receipt with a photo of the damaged item attached so that are able to file for a USPS insurance claim, once we have this we will send you a return label. NOTE: - Please pack the item carefully including ALL original contents and packaging - If it arrives in a tangled mess, there will be a $3.00 fee (referring to delicate chain ) - Returns usually process within 24-48 hrs once we receive the returned package. We do NOT refund shipping costs. Delays happen and once the item leaves our hands, there's not a whole lot we can do. Please contact us if you havent received your package and we will do everything we can on our end to resolve the issue.
