All of our names are handmade with care, personalized for the customer. We only use high quality products to customize your necklace. Please allow for slight variances from the product pictures. All names are 14k gold and sterling silver filled, not plated, and all names are guaranteed to not fade or tarnish. A complimentary tarnish free silver or gold 20 inch chain is included with every name. If needed, we are able to shorten the chains a few inches for children and small teens. We are also able to extend the length a couple inches if preferred for adults. Please note this in the buyers note during ordering if you wish to have your chain adjusted.
