Payment Policy

I accept payment via PayPal and thru direct invoicing from Quickbooks. Payment needs to be made in full before I will ship an item. Certain costs, including design fees, must be paid in advance before I will commence work on your piece.

Shipping Policy

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. I will be happy to upgrade the shipping on an item, and provide to you the cost for the upgrade. Please message me for details.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges: Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery I don't accept cancellations on custom orders, and once item is purchased, order cannot be cancelled. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Items on sale

Other Policies

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
