Ellie & Danielle’s Elegant Designs accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS. All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred, additional fees will apply. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact us prior to payment.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at Ellie & Danielle’s Elegant Designs. We want you to love your jewelry/item and if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or credit (excludes custom orders). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sorry, credit(s) issued will not include original shipping charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
