Emma Rose Designs's Policies
Orders will not begin until payment is processed. I accept cancellations if I have not yet shipped your order. Due to the nature of my store, many of my items are custom and cannot be returned. Please keep this in mind before ordering. I strive to keep you in the loop with your order via email and photos but I understand that circumstances change and things happen. Please be considerate of the time I put into my custom orders before purchasing from our shop.
All items are shipped via USPS priority mail at a flat rate of $5.95. Rush shipping is available. Turnaround time is based on the products ordered and quantity. Most of our items ship within 10 business days. Custom orders take longer and will be shipped as soon as completed. Due to the nature of my business and being a one man shop, I must set realistic expectations for myself on turn around time. If my timeline does not work with you and you need an order immediately, please just email me ahead of time and we can most likely make that happen. I do all my shipping for the week on Wednesdays. If an order comes in a day or two before my weekly ship day then I hustle to try and include it with that weekly batch but it depends on the item and what I have ready to go. International shipping is a flat rate of $12.00. All shipments are wrapped gift ready. I am not responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to me due to a wrong shipping address (provided by customer). I am also not responsible for items damaged in transit.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Regular orders can be returned within 10 business days once the item is received for a full refund. Regular orders include headbands and coffee filter designs that are NOT a custom request. Customer is responsible for return shipment payment. All returnable items must be in their original condition upon arrival with original packaging. Custom order return policy: All customized orders are non-refundable due to the special materials and time necessary to individualize your order. During the collaboration and time spent working with your order, I send photos of everything prior to shipment. This is your chance to tell me if you need something changed.
WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS? For regular orders purchase is simple. Check out what you like on my shop and I will get it in the mail as quickly as possible! For custom orders: One on One: Get to know each other via email or phone conversation so I can figure out exactly what you need and how to bring your ideas to life. Brainstorming: Once I have your vision grasped, I then go to my sketch board and come up with ideas/colors/variations to send you about your custom order. I let you make final decision on color schemes and exactly how much of what you need. Once this process is complete I can give you a final quote on price. (Please note: all computer monitors display colors differently. I strive to photograph my items true to life but there is no guarantee what you see from my screen will look the exact same upon arrival.) Price: I will create a custom listing with your name on it for you to purchase. I will not begin working on your custom order until payment is complete Finalization: Once order has been purchased I will begin your order and send you pictures of your items before shipment. I ORDERED A COFFEE FILTER ITEM AND IT DID NOT COME FLUFFED OUT, HOW DO I DO IT MYSELF? In case you missed it in the item details, we do not ship any of our coffee filter flowers fluffed out like they are displayed in the photos. In order to ensure safe delivery on all our coffee filter flowers they are shipped flat. Please click on link below for detailed instructions for fluffing out the flowers yourself. It is easy and ultimately ensures that your purchase is not damaged during transit. http://emmarosedesigns.com/coffee-filter-instructions I'M UNSURE HOW TO CHECKOUT A BODYSUIT ON YOUR SHOP, CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW IT WORKS? Of course! It can be a little confusing but I have worked hard to create the simplest and best way to give you more options to choose from. When you see a fabric that you love click on the item and then look at the other two pictures that display all the images available to go on your outfit. We have two sections. The first page is animals, and the next is shapes and objects. Once you know which image you want on your bodysuit, go ahead and pick your desired size and add to cart. Once you click "add to cart" it will prompt you to select from two different lists. The first list will be for animals, and the second will be for shapes and objects. If you want an animal, you will still need to make a selection on the shapes and object list. From the drop down menu select the first option that says "Blank - I want an animal image" and vise versa if you want a shape or object and not an animal. From there checkout is simple! If you change your mind on the image you want on your bodysuit after you have already added to your cart you can still make changes. Once in your cart, simply click on "edit details" under your item and you will be able to make the necessary changes. HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM WEDDING AND/OR EVENT PACKAGE COST? Custom event orders vary based on how many items you want with your special package. Brides typically order several garlands, poms, and wood signs. These packages range from $50-$400.
