Introduction

Our goal is for you to have full satisfaction from the products you receive from Eco My World. When you receive the product, you purchased from us, and you are not satisfied with our product we want you to let us know so we can make your experience with us pleasant.

Payment Policy

Payments must be received and confirmed within 5 business days. If the payment is not received your order will be cancelled. If you choose to cancel the order within 48 hours, we will refund the full purchase amount. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Preferred Shipping Provider USPS. In stock products will be shipped the next ONLY after the payment is received and confirmed.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Because most of our products are one-of-a-kind pieces exchanges will not be possible. If the product is damaged or you are not satisfied, we must be notified within 10 days of the purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping. If damage occurs during shipment, return the entire package to receive a full refund or we will do our best to recreate the item for you.
