Shipping Policy

All shadow boxes ship by USPS Priority Mail. I take great care to pack them carefully to maintain the integrity of the items within, as well as the glass front. Please be aware that some items in the shadow boxes are strongly glued within, and some are meant to be loose within their compartments. If you do have any issues with your shadow box once it arrives, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted in the event of damage from shipping. If for some reason the shadow box is not what you expected, please contact me with any issues.
