PRODUCT INFORMATION e.4.u® Designs, Inc. offers unique items made especially 4 you! All pieces are handmade. The term 'handmade' implies that when the supplies arrive, they are not wearable- we take them and make our unique pieces. Images & Colors We have done our best to accurately describe and display the colors of the jewelry shown on the site. Images are not retouched with editing software. Because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will accurately represent the item. Usage Restrictions No content or images on this site can be used without permission of e.4.u Designs, Inc. and any images used must be credited.
All payments for products are made securely through PayPal. Don’t have a PayPal account? PayPal allows you to check-out as a guest without having a PayPal account. For custom orders a 50% deposit is required once the design has been agreed upon. Once the piece is finished we will create a special listing for you, which will stay on the website for 7 days so you can pay for it via PayPal. If the listing remains unpaid after 7 days the order will be cancelled and the 50% deposit will be lost. Customized items are nonrefundable.
Please check your entire order prior to completing checkout as we may not be able to modify or add items once the order has been placed. Please double check your address. The package will be shipped to the address provided with your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrong or incomplete addresses. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Please allow 3-7 business days on all orders. Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Tracking information is provided to the email address provided at the time of purchase. All of our orders are sent with tracking to confirm their arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you never received your package and USPS tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they will further assist you. At this time we do not ship internationally. However, we anticipate doing so in the future.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns To request a return you must contact the shop before attempting to return an order. Failing to contact us prior to sending back an item may mean you will not be refunded, and/or a replacement will not be sent back; please make sure you contact us first. Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to inform you of whether a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days. Once you have received a confirmation email from the shop, a return address will be provided. Exchanges If you requested an exchange item of the same value, your new order will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received and inspected. If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be expected to pay the difference before the new item is mailed; you will receive instructions on how to do this via email. Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or breaks within 7 days of receipt, please contact the shop. With all parts are returned in the original packaging, we will repair, replace/exchange free of charge any faulty items. You will receive a like-for-like exchange. We will also refund your postage costs where a damaged or broken item has been sent in error. We try our best to check all items that we sell but sometimes mistakes happen, so we thank you in advance for your understanding. Please note that a photo will need to be provided of the broken product for this process to take place.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. Typographical/Systems Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or systems error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel or amend any orders placed. In the event of cancellation, any payment (less shipping) will be refunded in full. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you might have before making your purchase.
