We do offer refunds if notified within 24 hours of order being placed, but will give store credit if notified within 48 hours of order being received. Customer must cover cost of return shipping and items must be unused and still in good condition.We aim to meet the needs of all customers & request that you send a message to communicate specifics before making purchase.
We accept credit cards and pay pal, order isn't made until payment is received.
After a minimum of 7 days your item will be shipped, this allows enough time to make items. For large orders, customizations or large items it may take longer. Please inform us of the exact date items are needed, if possible order 2 weeks in advance.
Refund & Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item please message us with specific reasons and we will accommodate your wishes to the best of our abilities. If you order the wrong size, simply send the item back in and we will send the proper size to you, all you pay is shipping.
