Docksmith ships within 72 hours of your confirmed order. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Generally we ship our packages in the U.S via Priority Mail and for International shipments we use Priority mail or First Class mail. If you have specific shipping preferences please let us know! Refunds and Exchanges: We want all of our costumers to be 100% satisfied with our docks. All of our docks are guaranteed to work. If you get a dock and it does not charge your device properly we will replace the cord for you. If your dock does not suit your style and would just like a refund, we can do that too! If for some reason your dock is lost in the mail, we can discuss how to resolve the situation together. Please do not write a bad revue until you have spoken with us. We are always willing to help our costumers with refunds, exchanges and shipping. *Please note that to get a full refund you must return your dock within one month of purchase. Your dock must be in the same condition as when you received it.
