Introduction
Welcome to Discheadz! We started having a passion for hand dying discs for disc golf, here and there and one day we had so many we started gifting a few. After awhile we were getting multiple request to have customs made, so we started a business. We hope you love everything you see! ENJOY!
Payment Policy
Anything that is custom ordered will be done by email or through the custom order options through our Etsy shop items. Once the custom order is finalized, you can either receive an invoice through Paypal, or I will make it an item with your exact custom description for you to purchase through Etsy. Since custom orders are made to your wants and needs specifically, there will be no cancellations or returns on custom items. Thank you!
Shipping Policy
Shipping is done within 3-5 business days on all items, EXCEPT clothing and discs. These items could take up to a 5-7 business days; 1-2 weeks to ship. All items are shipped via USPS first class. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail that includes insurance please inform us by email.
Refund & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! EXCEPT - exchanges for clothing due to wrong size, or not the correct color (Logo or shirt color) We are not responsible for damaged, lost or mistreated items due to the post offices negligence however, if you would like to insure your item you can upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail ( by emailing us) and that will come with insurance. If you would like to exchange your item (size, color) please email us with what you would like to do. Once your item is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email.
