Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon purchase. Normally, custom work must be paid for in full before work on the purchase begins.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds are costly for everyone. Therefore, Items are clearly described in the listings. Returns are accepted only if the purchaser feels the item was not listed properly or the work done was inferior. All items are handmade thus exchanges are not accepted.
