I want to make my customers happy and I want them to feel valued and coming back for more. My shop policies are pretty common sense, I would argue and I try to make it fair for you as the buyer as well as for me, the seller. So let's take a look.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at time of purchase. No orders will be shipped out just based on requests or interests. If your order is a custom order you will have to pay in full before I get started on your individualized items. My custom order fee will be a charge of $3.50 in addition to the sale price and shipping cost. Custom orders will take a little extra time to make so please allow your order to be shipped 2-3 days later than the suggested turn around time for the particular item you have purchase.

Shipping Policy

Most of my items will ship FIRST Class in 3-5 business days after purchase. Shipping for most of my items, since they are all fairly small and light will be $4.50 on top of your sale price. If the shipping cost increases or decreases it is a reflection of the actual cost fluctuations at the local USPS office. ***If you need your order sooner, please contact me before you make the purchase. This is important!*** I am more than happy to help you receive your order in a timely fashion. Expediting an order is a bit more expensive than my standard shipping fee. The shipping cost will have to be adjusted and you will have to pay the additional shipping cost at check out. If you miss to do that and you indicate you need it expedited after the purchase was made but do not make an additional payment for the difference in shipping, I will not be able to expedite and it for you and I will ship FIRST Class only.

Refund & Exchange Policy

As a rule of thumb I do not offer any refunds. Crazy things do happen and I want to be fair because I know that is what I would want if I was in your shoes. If you do receive an item that is damaged I will offer a full refund if that is what you wish (minus shipping cost) within 5 business days after the item has been shipped back to me. Return shipping will be your sole responsibility and it will not be refunded with your initial purchase price. If you should happen to receive a damaged item in the mail, I want to know right away so we can find a solution. You will have 4 business days to return it back to me in order to receive you refund it that is what you want. Exchanges are welcome as long as you return your item back to me withing 4 business days and pick something of equal value (same price). The return shipping will be your sole responsibility. Once you selected the item you want to exchange it for you will only be charged the shipping cost for it (usually about $4.50). No refunds or exchanges for custom orders. No returns for moisture damage. My items are wrapped in a waterproof casing during shipping. No returns for faulty addresses. I made it a habit to double check your address as soon as you place your order. If you fail to confirm your address with me I will ship to the address given and I will not be held responsible for the outcome.

Other Policies

All my items will come in a waterproof case to protect them from moisture in case they are left in the rain or getting stained in the process of shipping. The USPS office offers tracking numbers with most of my shipments. I always offer it but will only pass it along if you ask for it.
